Lighthouse Newsletter

One of the most famous sayings of Jesus is "give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar, and give to God what belongs to God” (Luke 20:25).

What does it mean? Why did Jesus say it? How does it help us understand God and our secular government? We will be trying to answer these questions on Sunday as we look at Luke 20:20-26. Make sure you read it to prepare for Sunday.

Lighthouse is BACK ON!
Lighthouse is back on this Sunday - 4:30pm. We would love to see you there!

Men's Breakfast
The men are meeting for breakfast this Saturday morning at 8am at church. We would love to see you there if you can make it!

A note about CoVid
As case numbers continue to rise - the new reality is we are all being exposed to Covid in multiple different parts of life. At home, in parks, when we shop - and yes - at church.

Over the coming days, weeks and months, it is likely we will be exposed to covid.

It is important to understand that attending church is generally considered to be a low risk activity. On top of that - we are following all the relevant health advice to keep church as safe as possible.

If we are exposed to Covid at church, we will let everyone who attended that day know they were exposed. As soon as we find out - we will email and let you know. Of course - for privacy reasons - we will keep their identity secret.

If you find yourself positive after attending church - please let me know so we can look after others at church.

In the meantime, as we approach (God Willing) the closing months of the pandemic - please keep caring for each other and looking after each other. It is important we continue to live to love others.

Livestream Church
We are continuing to livestream our church services:

I look forward to seeing you on Sunday.

In Christ
